Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Free Trials
We may offer a free trial period for specific Services. We encourage you to utilize this trial to ensure the Service meets your needs prior to purchasing a subscription. At the end of the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged unless you cancel your subscription before the trial expires.
No Refunds on Digital Services
Because our Service is digital and intangible, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for:
- Partial months of service.
- Unused service time.
- One-time purchases or setup fees.
- "Accidental" purchases where the Service was accessed.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings.
- Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
- Access Rights: Your access to the paid features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. For example, if you cancel on January 5th but your billing cycle ends on January 31st, you will retain access until January 31st, and no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of LetMe.cloud only in the event of a persistent technical error originating from our side that prevents you from using the Service, provided you have contacted support and allowed us a reasonable timeframe to resolve the issue.
